Just checking that you can all login okay since we've switched Ad Network provider. If you can't login, you should be able to reply to this article as a guest, give us your username and we'll take a look. Failing that, email us on [email protected].

Thanks
Dan

I was annoyed by the ads last time, ie when the one at the top appeared. But I tolerated it.

However, the new one at the bottom will have me logging out if it carrys on.

Hmm, why would changing ad network affect login to THIS site ? The fact that you even have to ask the question raises some questions about the way the site interacts with ad vendors and what information is provided.
It's largely due to the cookie notice you agree to. You would haven agreed to a google one some time ago, years in some cases. And now we all need to agree to the new one which includes a much larger network of advertisers, so their ads show.

If you're struggling to login (which you clearly aren't) I might need walk though a few heads with resetting their cookies etc. Or disabling an ad blocker for a minute so it collects the new settings, then enable it again.

Out of thousands of people I notified about the change today, only about 20 have emailed back in saying they're struggling.

So it's not dodgy, it's just tech these days.

Hang in there mate, I'm working on the settings until it's done. Been at it for a week or so with plumbers and that's alright now. For the time being you can use an ad blocker if you want mate. Or just hang in there. Your account status would be one of the first I sort out as it's of the highest here, and you're a patron to boot. :) Can't have you watching bake-off lol

Edit:

@DPG try now for me pal. Should have gone?

Edit edit:

No it hasn't mate I've just tested it. I'm gonna need more time else I'm going to screw up something if I rush it this late.

Cheers for the reply!

Thanks Dan! No I can't. Brave browser.
Am swamped with multiple projects recently... ? Will be checking out things thereafter, thanks.

David
the one with the catchiest username ?

I guess as I'm not responding as a Guest I must have successfully logged in. Although it still says "Log in" in the top menu rather than "Logged in " I was expecting.
