I've read one of the replys on that and it seems that the seat I have, doesn't have a control module.
I suggest you pursue this quest for information on the Jaguar forum. There will be members there who have access to the circuit diagrams, without which I suspect this project will be very difficult.
 
Some car seats have their own ECU's to control the movement and any memory functions they have so it may depend how complete the seat is
 
Take care to use a power supply that can cope with the current requirements of the motors when in use.
