First of all I've never worked in a camp site and don't expect I'll ever want to.
These questions are just for curiosity and nothing else. My mate who is a relatively new sparks asked me to look at some work that we could possibly do together. So I went round, it was all a bit finicky for me so I declined.
Anyway while I was there I noticed a heater wired in 1mm t&e. While basic ohms law indicates this purely resistive load was ok, while I was at home reading up on caravan electric regs it indicates a minimum cable of 1.5... So is this correct? Or am I reading this wrong?
Also there were no rods placed beside each fused commando module for each pitch, and I would have thought this would have been the norm. So again, do they not need to be tt'd? Am I reading the regs wrong again? Please point me to the appropriate section if I've misinterpreted the regs. Thank you
