Been accused of refusing to allow negative reviews for bad workmanship and refusing to put up reviews relating to failure to turn up...., where they explain its to allow both sides to be heard and the tradesman to rectify their work ....well sorry if a trademan has to return to rectify poor workmanship then they should be dropped from your site....ooops you lose their membership fee, what a dilema!!!!...
