Does anyone know how to go about complaining to city and guilds? Anyone had terrible service from them like myself??

Send it recorded delivery, they have to respond.Write a letter.
but did you pass?I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for my 2391 certification
I remember always waiting a few months for my certificates and have never had a certificate 7 days after passing any exam although things might have changed. Who told you it would take 7-10 days?I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for my 2391 certification. It’s supposed to take 7-10 days. No help what so ever from their “customer service “ department. They’re refusing to send me out an e-certificate that I can use in the mean time. The test centre I did it with are being just as, if not even more unhelpful. Misinformation from both sides. I’ve made 8 phone calls today between the pair of them and I’m no better off than I was before I started.
Any suggestions?
yes he could by carrier pigeon it could take 6 weeks .via Paris .London new York .Send it recorded delivery,
may be the op thinks that he is the only person to get the cert.I remember always waiting a few months for my certificates

Do conversations normally take place in the 3rd person on here or am I just being facetious?
Sounds like the thing they would say to you when you are enquiring about paying for the course...'yes sir just pay the fee and you will get your certificate in 7-10 days'...Or maybe the op was given bogus info from the people supposedly supplying the certificate???
if you have passed
so what is the hurry are you one of the men that been chosen to go to mars .
Isn't there an online facility to verify qualifications these days? I think there isWould be a more exciting story if that were the case. Unfortunately I’m waiting for it in order to accept a contract offer, which is looking like going to a competitor if they don’t pull their finger out
Depends on your interpretation of 'normal '

That’s 7-10 days to send them to my training provider, who said they would phone me so I could go pick them upI have always recieved my City and Guilds certificates from the training center or college I have attended, dont ever recall them sending me my certs directly to myself.
Just had to wait over 3 months for a certificate from CITB, which should have taken 6 weeks.
I was going to say - it will only come if your test centre are paid up and have confirmed their end. Call them every day. Tell them you need it for a job. Mine have all taken a couple of weeks to arrive.Supposedly the testing centre I did it with have access to the e-certs but they’re telling me they don’t! I smell a wind up and to be fair it’s working!
Been calling them daily mate but it’s doing nothing but pi****g both parties off! Seem to be getting nowhere fast while banishing my head against a brick wallI was going to say - it will only come if your test centre are paid up and have confirmed their end. Call them every day. Because they told him 7 to 10 days and he needs the certificate for work. Why are you on such a rush to receive it? I got my 2391 results within about 4-6 weeks of the exam and waited quite a but longer for the certificate.
This! And more specifically for the reasons I explained earlier in the postBecause they told him 7 to 10 days and he needs the certificate for work.

I have just sat the 18th edition exam and was told the certificate will arrive at my address in no more than 3 weeks.

I’ve heard rumours it’s random questions regarding the order but my exam followed other editions in that the questions where in order of the parts of the book.
50 minutes I was done.
