I have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak with someone in SSE Networks. All I want to find out is whether PME is available at a property I am going to do a CU change on next week. I am sure a lot of companies are using the pandemic as an excuse for crap customer service.

Does anyone know if there is an easier way to get the answer to my question?

Thanks

I know UKPN have a web contact form too - and an email, though they don't necessarily advertise it as widely.

UKPN are not too bad on 105 - longest I've taken is about 15 minutes. They did say that all the recent rented EICRS are causing a massive backlog of earth upgrades, so they do them, but are running about 8 weeks delay at the moment I think, when it used to be 3-4 weeks.
