Hi all,

Looking for some opinions/advice on electrical equiptment testing in rented accomadation.

How far do you go:

-Immersion heater
-Electric shower
-Extractor fan (bathroom type)

Would you just test any electrical equiptment that is supplied by the landlord?

Thanks!!
