Cost of rewire 3 bed semi, labour only.

Ive been asked to price for a rewire in a 3 bed semi, 1st fix and 2nd fix everything except kitchen and consumer unit.

give me a rough idea please!

Labour Only, Sub Contracting so someone else will be certifying!!!

Hi you should be looking at £20.00 an hour minimum or £160.00 per day. Working on your own it should take a maximum of 5 days.

I think about £800 is reasonable. what do you think?

Dont see a problem if your happy dont forget however that you will be testing and issuing the relevant certificate have you costed for that.

i have clarified a few things in the original post, but it does say labour only in the header johnny B!

i wouldnt rewire a 3 bed semi for 800 quid including costs! even im not that daft!
