I have had an ongoing issue with my Kia Rio sport (2019, purchased 2020).
The problem has been intermittent, cruise wont turn on, won't turn off, will not cancel. I have also had issues with the trip button doing the same thing. I have been back and forth with the dealership who have replaced the clock spring, lengthening harness and sitch numerous times, but within a month the issues presents itself again.
Any ideas as to what else could be causing this issue? I have been told it is unlike any other cruise control issues, typically experienced and not sure what to do. Mechanics seem to be continuing repeat repairs under warranty.
