Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me in the right direction. I'm out in afghanistan working on 50hz systems and we are currently re-wiring a number of buildings (Including the sub mains). After applying diversity to each building we've calculated that a 3 phase 32a supply will be enough for each one fed from a Main distribution board. If there were for instance 10 buildings @ 32a 3 Phase each what kind of diversity could you allow if any.

Each building contains roughly :

24 x twin flourescent fittings 58w = 66%
4-8 x A/C Units which pull around 8a = 100% ?? Would this be correct taking 100% of each A/C unit ?
4 x 20a radial socket circuits = 100% for 1st and 40% each other

Ive not really done much designing before and would appreciate if anyone had any information on it, or could recommend a good book to buy. This isn't my job by the way i'm just interested how it would all be done for future reference. Does anybody have any example installation designs that I could see.

Thanks in advance
