so we gets the call from the estate agents because one of the tennants had complained about lamps blowing in the house he rents of em....we gets in there only to find he`d been fitting 110V lamps all over the house.....said 110V in numbers about 1" big on the box...but he still fitted em.....what a divvy...

And on invoice .....Trace and rectify faults £165.00 + VAT
 
Maybe he thought they were 110W ?????? erm ?? no hang on ''' Divvy''' is the correct answer .
oh theres better than this n all.....they have this guy called frank who goes round cleaning all the vacent lets for em...well he had gone to this one place..and had rung the office complaining there was a fault on the sockets as they wern`t working.....we got there to find the leccy had run out...the meter was in deficit.....divvy!....stick to cleaning frank...lol...
 
I live in a rental and my landlords a right divvy it's the house from hell for plumbing and the electrics are a bit iffy as well don't want to look to deep ad it would scare me

offer to conduct a PIR on it for him free of charge...innocent like......get paid...lol..
 
Similar place, called by estate agents..... new tenants, been in the dark 2 months and don't speak english. Bathroom light not working. Crappy, plastic suspended ceiling. Saw about 2ft of string dropping through a tiny hole. Pulled it, Voila!!! (they weren't French by the way). £165 would have been nice.
