I would think you are unlikely to source one easily (lack of demand) as the permitted Zs values would be too low and unlikely that you could satisfy them unless you sat it on the incomming cutout feeding an adjacent load or oversized the cables plus extra earthing on a run of any distance, if you get the picture :wink5:

You get a 2-pole 100a isolator which is the same form factor as a 2-pole MCB. Look at the Hager SB299 for example.
 
I thought he meant the tails were already fuse protected but I've no experience with UK installations so probably a stupid assumption :(.
