I can't find one anywhere.

It's for isolation of meter tails with fused protection. But limited space, so MCB would fit better

I would think you are unlikely to source one easily (lack of demand) as the permitted Zs values would be too low and unlikely that you could satisfy them unless you sat it on the incomming cutout feeding an adjacent load or oversized the cables plus extra earthing on a run of any distance, if you get the picture :wink5:

You get a 2-pole 100a isolator which is the same form factor as a 2-pole MCB. Look at the Hager SB299 for example.

I thought he meant the tails were already fuse protected but I've no experience with UK installations so probably a stupid assumption .

You would still need an enclosure.

precisely but I suspect the next question will be how can he connect SWA to it!

You should be able to get one of the shelf most places in town. Wylex and MEM/eaton also make the same thing under their branding.

Double pole MCBs are available, they are just two single pole MCBs stuck together in the same manner as triple pole or 3 phase MCBs.
Normally used for 110V split phase installations.

I can find plenty of 3 pole (as you might expect), but have given up on the 2 pole now.
