Outlet in bedroom stopped working. Replaced receptical and breaker.... Power out of breaker is good but no power at outlet. We have an old house and I have no idea where or how to trace the wires in walls that are old plaster. I'm totally lost.

I assume there's not corrosion on the conductors and the insulation hasn't been caught instead of the conductor? I believe the the US still have zones and recommended depths, if anything has been drilled into the wall inline vertically or horizontally that could be point to check out. Otherwise you may have a join that's been disturbed.
What type of wiring is it? In the UK we use pvc insulated and sheathed cables plastered in domestic properties. Is it timber frame and can the cable be pulled through the timbers or through a conduit? You might be able to trace the route that way.

You mention replacing the breaker, which suggests that no other outlets or lights are controlled by it otherwise you would have known that the old breaker was functioning. You also mention only one outlet that doesn't work. Taken at face value that means the breaker controls only one outlet - is this correct?

If there are actually other outlets on that breaker (that might be hidden behind furniture etc) then if you are lucky the circuit is broken where the cable leaves the previous outlet or switch on its way to the one that doesn't work. Inspect all nearby fixtures for broken or burnt connections.

If you are unlucky, the break is in a hidden junction box or a damaged cable as mentioned by @Aaron b. There are devices for locating and tracing concealed cables using induction but depending on layout it might not be possible to home in exactly or pinpoint the j-box itself.

Your problem is probably in another outlet that has a bad connection and not letting power go out to feed the outlet that doesn’t work. Check all outlets inside the room where the bad outlet is not working.
