So I have 2 Recessed Lights that are wired to a Ceiling Fan, and from there the Ceiling Fan is wired to a Light Switch. The question I have is, is it safe to disconnect the Recessed Light Wire from the Ceiling Fan, then wire-nut an extension wire onto the Recessed Lights Wire, and from there to a Light Switch? Or should I 100% use a new wire from the Light to the Light Switch?
Thanks for the help ^^
