He will come to your home or your place of work/site and do it while you wait.

Charged me £100.00 to do 2 machines and issue certificates.

I believe he charges about £70 ish for one multifunction, he does my flukes for me!

Very reliable.

His Mobile is 07776200146.

does he do repairs ?

calibrating it wont cure this fault, first check the internal fuse if its ok then it needs sending back to fluke, this is the reason i have just binned mine and got a megger, Fluke wanted £198 to fix this problem.

... Error 1 is an indication that the self test has failed. And will require repair at an autherised fluke service center ACS calibration have done mine in the past the collect calibrate the last time it was done cost me £65

As said if its fudged then perhaps flog it on ebay for £100 as naffed and cut your losses.

I cannot believe how much dosh I have had for selling burnt out power tools on e bay, I got £40.00 for a fein that had caught fire in my hand!

Cut your losses and run!

There are two types of error 1, one is a firmware up date and if sent to fluke for calibration they will do. The other is a critical fault and will be the one that costs a load.
Is the unit more than 3 years old because this is the length of there warrenty.
