I submitted my FIT application via email / online to Ecotricity on a Wednesday evening, they contacted my the next morning to tell me I had missed some parts of the declaration and they wanted proof of address as I wasn't an existing customer. Sorted it out the same day.
Had an email by Friday to tell me they had submitted it to OFGEM. Very impressed with their service - won't start celebratiing till the money gets to my account, but had to share it with you.
The other company I was considering was GoodEnergy, I opted for Ecotricity because they had an online process.
