Great post and respect to an Idealist.

Genius is an over used word, but in Nikola Tesla case is fully justified. Things he thought obvious and common place, we are only re-discovering nearly 70 years after his death.
Maybe a fitting epitaph would be a quote from the great man himself:
All that was great in the past was ridiculed, condemned, combated, suppressed - only to emerge all the more powerfully, all the more triumphantly from the struggle. Let the future tell the truth and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments. The present is theirs, the future, for which I really worked, is mine. - Nikola Tesla
