No doubt you've heard this before but...

"I'm 40 years old and want to change career"

I'm a chef. I work long hours in a hot and stressful environment with the constant pressure of maintaining the highest professional and personal standards.

As much as I love what I do, I need a proper job with a proper salary.

My heart goes out to all the self employed and I'm confident things will get back to normal, if not better in all industries. This is but a horrible, horrible blip!

I'm looking at courses to work around my hours but need more assurance before I make any commitments and in no rush to 'fast track' myself into a job.

So many questions...
When can/should I get experience?
Who would take me on?
What does the next 12 months look like for you?
Any advice is welcomed

In the Liverpool area.

Many thanks in advance
