An often used mantra on this Forum is "If you even had to stand in front of a Judge"

How many electricians have, and had to justify their work?

Not a judge, but certainly the police, paramedics and HSE.

obviously did a good enough job with them so they did not feel it was the right thing to charge me with any wrongdoing.

This is why I started this thread, it would have to be a dangerous occurrence for the HSE to bring a prosecution to Crown Court level, anything else would be a hearing in front of a Magistrate, who can admittedly forward a case to Crown Court, but then something has gone wrong down the line for the HSE to not already be involved.

Title a bit misleading.

I used to regularly stand in front of a judge who lived next door and would often stop to chat when out walking his dog.

Have I ever had to stand in front of one in a court of law and account for my actions? Thankfully not.
