My motor is 3phase induction motor of which has 3KW of output max. power and max. speed is 320RPM out put torque range is 80-120Nm So, which VFD is proper suitable for it, and how to choose it.
 
Send a picture of the motor rating plate to your supplier of vsd and ask them to recommend a suitable model.

As above. Also tell the how you intend to control the motor and what environment the VFD is going in.
