how to price a new ring

I have been on the commercial and induwstrial side for a while and have a domestic job just come in!

I need sufggestions on pricing please.

new circuit from c/u chasing out 5 doubles 4 singles moving an oven and relocaion immersion switch.

floor half board half slab so haing to go below then above a dont want to get into the whole heat disipatin of cable in slab etc!

also addition to lighting circuit for extenal light and elongating the initial ring!

busy job bi of a pig but a nice one t get back involved with!

what is a rough guie for pricing struture thesae days please.

is it £45 per socket plus ringform c/u etc.

any suggestions greaqtfully recived.

Charge by the hour/day (what ever your normal labour rates are), plus materials (including your own mark-up to cover warranty replacements etc) , plus any other costs that need to be passed on to the customer= a fair a quote and you being paid a fair amount to cover your time? Or am I over simplifying it?

Hehehe my way of pricing is simple I look at the job think what I would want to pay for someone like me to do it and that's my price a fair job for a fair price I will never be rich but never feel I have cheated anyone either. And for the oldies well play it by ear if it looks like they are struggling then I like to leave them smiling even more.

Do on to others as you would have done on to you.
