Hi.
I'm in Bulgaria and wanting to add some extra sockets, what I was planning on doing was cutting into the feed that supplies the next room and adding the sockets as I go and then connecting back up to the cable.
Can I just put a connector in and run a spur to the plug or should I come in and back out the plug as we would do in the uk as if it was a ring main. No heavy load on this cable, battery charger and poss elec tools.
Nearly forgot this is in Bulgaria.

better to preserve the ring if it is aready a ring. ifit's a radial, justbranch offin the most convenient way, bearing in mind the OCPD and cable size and how much extra load.

Thank you for replying.
There is no ring main as in UK.
There will be very little load on the circuit some lights, it's mainly for a trickle charger for my bike so no great current going through it. I'm using 2.5 twin, apparently the neutral has a piggy back to earth.
I will just use a branch for each set of plugs.
Thank you.
Rgds Steve
