Hy everyone been on here a couple of days now mostly reading and educating myself from members blogs, stick my oar in now and then great site. any way basically new to this electrickity stuff realy, was a qualified welder before age and breathlesness convinced me to move on and learn a bit of electrikity, did some studying and training completed part p and bs7671 etc and gained my qualifications when all of a sudden ended up unable to work and on oxygen 24/7 can get out with portable oxygen. so thought maybe be able to do odd jobs or even domestic testing and PAT testing now i have heard that the part p regs are changing again and a NVQ 3 will now be required, more certificates to do Part P so i believe. so looking like a none starter, illness and age aint helping but then age aint a problem as the government says we can work till we drop. im on my knees but not down, have to go self employed because no employer in their right mind will give me a start. but never say no. well thats me folks.:stupid:
