I just done some work for a new landlord and ok he has paid me on time , he rang up querying the bill i had sent him ,but i dont often work with some landlords only a selected few, either they dont want to pay or i have to keep chasing me tail to get the money out of them ,new landlord how much do you charge for a semi 3 bed house ,me per point and consumer unit ,and not see them ,wait I will get me ball of string and tie it to the house and see how far it goes ,I love when the land lord says I have 6 property's and best part he says I need them testing ,so you are telling me since this laws been passed. is that for every house that i test will you be dangly a carrot in front of me.
