Just returned from the holiday from hell.

i had a weekend in amsterdam (well da in ferry and 6 hours in teh dam then a day back on ferry!!!!!) ****ed down and i got ripped £67 for a all you can eat buffet for 2...!! fecking DFDS seaways!! my complaint has been lodged...!! and the return journey was **** as it was lumpy as hell..!

a navy lad complaining about rough seas..:ninja: theres irony somewhere..

Sounds like a nightmare ken,and at £700 its not cheap,we went to menorca last year with my daughter who was 2 1/2 at the time it only cost a grand and well what a beautiful place,i was thinking of a 4 day break at butlins but they wanted £500 stuff that,best to get the £9.99 deal out of the current bun bleedin places have not been done up since the 50s cheeky sods

sorry to hear u had a crap holiday. Weve all had one. I travelled 900miles to a place that didnt think i was serious about booking the room for a week on mine and my gf's anniversary so they gave the room to someone else. We had to spend the rest of the week in a room which sounded exactly like the one u described.

agree with lenny,center parcs is a great place,ive never seen a chav a center parcs (well just the alarmets:biggrin not cheap tho in school holiday time,makes a great long weekend and cheaper..and the pradesh indian places are up with the best food ive ever had..:drool5:
