Currently working on a flood Damaged Pub/Resteraunt, NO wiring was affected by the flood as the water was only about 6" Deep - Concrete floors throughout.

As a result of flood repairs the owners have decided to do a full refurb whilst the flood repairs are also being done, this involves changing all light fittings in the pub. There are alot!

The Lights are Fed via a dimming panel (group dimmers) all new fittings are enclosed one thing that has caught my attention is that the window Cill Lights that are screwed down have capsule lamps, what is the current regs with public places and potentially fittings where fingers could get to where the lamp is very easily and No RCD protection being installed??

ANy thoughts?

Cheers

What about burns from the lamps. It's not always about shocks etc.
