UK Lucy Oxford Fuse Carrier asbestos?

Can anyone advise if this fuse carrier will contain asbestos?

That's a DNO cu out.

I would be surprised if it did not contain asbestos.
I would leave it well alone.

The last time I saw a cutout like that when the DNO pulled the fuses they crumbled in his hands the jointing crew were already on the way to replace it

Just call the DNO and they will replace the cutout as live and neutral fusing is old hat
