Not at all! It is "safely" terminated in with the blue neutral and earth off of the socket. It is TNCS so it doesn't really matter of course.

Looks like the black in the connector is an earth, and they've borrowed a neutral for the light.....tut tut! Obviously no rcd on it!

It is with a (blue) neutral taken from that same earth to lighting and connected to the earth of the 2.5!

Bit hard to be sure , the pic's not that good,
but it looks like neutral is connected to ground
Blue wire on right side goes to black wire
which then appears to go to the green on left side.

So you have a neutral for the lighting connected to the earth on the socket and to the 2.5 earth!
