I have recently had to send an alphatek eurotest meter for repair which took metrel 12 weeks.
Sometimes things take time i appreciate that but them it went wrong again, and now they say they have returned it, but they have not. Has anyone else had a similar problem with them or am i just unlucky ?

things like that get piled onto pallets, wrapped, shipped off to india or china for repair, that's why they take 12 weeks to come back.....put a watch in a while ago to get broken glass replaced, took 13 weeks to get it back as it had been sent away in a batch for repair to- the Phillipines, cost me £72 for the repair and £40 "handling and insurance fees"....the watch was only a cheap one cost about £80 new, but was a present with sentimental value hence why I got it repaired....broke it climbing an alloy tower at work.....
