hi mate if its the grid system i think you mean then ive always took a ring main to the grid and looped the lives and neutrals through all the double pole grid switches finishing on the return leg of the ring main (hope that makes sense!)
then you just connect which ever appliance socket outlet to each respective "load" output of the switches, if you have things like fans or other low current accesorries then they will be fused down by a fused grid switch prior to going though a seperate grid sw (depends on certain factors like if fan has pull cord switch for example)

also to add to the above, if you wanted and you had space in the consumer unit you could always take seperate radial feeds for each appliance from cons unit too each respective grid switch then on to the appliace (this method is how a company in louth preffered to do it, which ever method you use you gotta think about the ammount of wire you have behind the grid, can be an arse to get it all to push back without giving poo ins res readings.
