Hello. I had a good monitor AORUS FI27Q. Two weeks ago when i was sleeping monitor was on. When i woke up all electricity went down. After switching 2 small breakers power back . Pc works fine. But monitor was not turned back. I sended to rma. Here is shop RMA message:
Shop:"They changed some parts in monitor and its working"

Is this possible that psu of monitor can trip breaker if psu inside monitor, failed?

( somebody said :" possibly there was a power surge that caused it but no way it was the monitor. it is possible what ever did happen killed the monitor though. but it's also possible it only killed the power supply for the monitor )

So monitor psu itself caused that or power surge? Is my pc fine?

ps:
Few years ago the same situation was with my other AORUS monitor AD27QD. The same , after some long time it tripped breaker and monitor too get damaged. I rma that monitor too without hassle. Thx. Is this possible that issues are from that AORUS monitors after some long time? ( psus )

Yes it is entirely possible that the issues you've experienced have been caused by failures within the power supplies of the monitors. Like all switch mode power supplies they have electrolytic capacitors which are energised at mains voltages for much of their working life. They usually contain a liquid electrolyte, this can dry out and the caps can fail and sometimes they can fail spectacularly, spewing their guts all over the place... this may trip breakers and such like, but usually renders the power supply useless.

There could have been a power surge, but equally it could just have been a failure of the power supply.
