Napit versus NIC EIC? Napit support is nonexistent, so is NIC EIC any better?

Hi There,
Expect this is an old question.
I'm currently with Napit. Chose them because their Code-breakers is such a useful tool. However, their on-line Notifications facility is not working and I've spent two days chasing their support office to no effect. Any of you folk had a better experience with NIC? I wouldn't expect actual customer service but some kind of communication will be one up on Napit at this time.

I very rarely have to use the NICEIC tech department, normally it'll be for some admin/forms/legal type reason than an electrical one but I've no complaints with them. The last enquiry I threw at them by email, and it was a fairly specific and off-piste question, resulted in a reply that started with "that's a very interesting question...." and became more of a mutual discussion.

Well, Napit did finally call me back a day and a half after hitting the issue. Offered the opinion that the Gas-Safe system served the operatives better. Interestingly, both the CPS organisations have had a huge influx of new people driven by the furlough scheme and the landlord certificates.
