New to PAT Testing absolute virgin

I was volunteered to go on a PAT testing course, which I have completed. Pretty sure i'll need some advice as I start testing. I have received my tester which is a Gamma PAT MI 3311

Surely YouTube has some videos on pat testing, just search for your model of hardware.

I'm ok with the tester, the only issue is that they sent a CD with it for the download software, but I don't have a cd slot on my Laptop

Ah, PAT testing, how many labels can you fill in and stick onto things per hour, is the question.

I'd rather be an accountant than do PAT testing ever again.

If you dont have a cd drive pop in your local currys/pc world find a quite corner with a computer, put said cd in and copy it to a pen drive. jobs done and then you can use it on your computer. or look on the manufacturers site, they often have copies of software to download.

You need to understand anatomy, it wasn't a dick, so it must have been impressive
