"Jean Paul Brown, 34, from Mitcham. No indication of plea. Charged with stealing a football shirt and resisting arrest on Purley Way, Croydon. He is from Jamaica and is not legally allowed to be in this country. Remanded in custody until August 17."

This is one of the rioters from last week, as we see our country immigration policy is still second to none.

Over a decade of Labour's 'open door policy' and signing us up to every piece of human rights legislation available-our hands are tied and I can't see a way out of it.....

Deport him, without any right of appeal.

PS I don’t give a ---- what happened to him once he’s off our soil!

If I were the judge, I'd be handing down a 12 month sentence, with mandatory one way ticket "home" at the end.

No "ifs", no "buts", no human rights rubbish.

Or it could be that he was visiting family that came over here at the invitation of Enoch Powell, during the Tory's two decades of open door policy.

No, under oath, he specifically stated that his presence here was nothing to do with the Tory party! ;)

Anyway, Enoch Powell fought long and hard against immigration from Commonwealth countries, Jamaica attained full independence 6 years before that speech!

I do not agree with the 12 month sentence, it costs us money, just get rid!

What a tos*er but quite impressive all the same! Credit for massaging our system like the proverbial co*k it is. He has truly milked the mammory

Throughout my degree we looked a lot at cost of sustainable sentencing and the financial benefits or deficits of sending certain offenders to prison. And the two most poignant statistics i remember are that it costs on average -

For a maximum security category D prison, for serious offenders, such as murders ,rapists and those generally deemed unsuitable for social mixing - £46,000 PER year per in-mate.

For lesser secutiy category A-C prisons for offenders such as shop lifters, assault, petty crimes and the like - £27,000 per year per in-mate

Now when we all look at our P60 at the years end, just wait for that sick feeling you get when you realise your entire years salary has just paid for some scab to sit on his arse all afternoon in the nick playing xbox shooting pool with his mates, talking about last weekends arsenal game. Or worse still, over 40 grand to have sustained the life of some barnicle who has murdered/raped and pillaged his way through life and deserves no more no less then a 5.56mm round between the eyes and a wet send off into the pacific ocean. or ground to fertaliser to feed the ****ty pigs with. The fools in Brussels have sent this country sailing down the ****tiest creek without even a tea spoon to paddle with

No Tony,
deport him after he has been to court,
and tell him if he returns he has to then serve his prison term :-)

My wife ran a rehab centre and quite a few of the residents were prisoners on licence. They were the first to scream 'human rights' when their mobiles were taken off them, when they had no TVs in their rooms or their xbox was confiscated.

On one occasion such a resident was ejected for bringing in a banned substance, my wife informed the police/probation service expecting them to come and pick him up as it was part of his licence conditions, oh no, you have to let him go and then we will issue a warrant to detain him?? This was a prolific burglar with violent tendancies who would disappear into the community, so how much did it cost to go and find him again?

This is disgusting!
Even the social services can’t do right for doing wrong!

And I’ll bet a pound to a pinch of sh*t that they didn’t get him back!

Malcolm, please don't even get me started on this issue again. You won't believe some of the comments that the bleeding hearts are coming out with at the moment. We've had 'these sentences are too tough' all the way though to 'these sentences are nothing more than a lynching' and these are just comments coming from the mouths of the bleeding hearts within the Police 'social' service and the Judiciary!!! I s*** you not. Today, 18th August, Ken Livingscum called Boris Johnson, who is half Jewish, Hitler!!! He then compared himself to Churchill. This is the same Ken Livingscum who a few years ago, compared a jewish reporter to a ---- concentration camp guard. And a few years previous to that, refused to condemn student rioters who had defaced Churchill's monument in Whitehall.

This conversation reminds me of my mum and dad

My dad used to rant and rave about the immigration thing, before he had ill health

I popped out when the news was on once around the time when refugees were clinging to trains on the channel tunnel
I said 'It must be really hard for these people- they really deserve a chance'.....

The next day my mum pulled me up and told me never to wind my dad up like that again- she had him bubbling up about it for 3 hours - even during Coronation Street , where talking was forbidden :D

My friend is a prison warder and he mentioned that he now gets christmas day off after all these years I said well you can cook the christmas day meal in the house then instead of getting it free with the prisoners. He said your wrong there I dont get the meal I have to take sannies in with me. Also if anyone seen the Scotish Mail on sunday and the daily mail today we have a Samali guy dealing drugs with 8 kids from 21 to whose benifit bill is £90k a year and has been told he cannot stay in the country but he is on his umpteen appeal so I dont want them in prison I just want them given a one way ticket home and I an no racist I dont are what colour you are if you dont work and pay taxes and dont observe the laws then out

No Murdock,
the one way ticket before they go inside,
if they return then they serve the prison time.
that way we don't have to pay for them to stay in the country at our expense,
and they won't return

Police were shot at , i did here one of the mamby pamby human rights bods say well its what they should expect in there job ,, no if a forgiene student was involved in the riots instant deportation and a ban from entering brittain for a minimum of 10 years , if they shot at police the deserved to be shot at , dont have a problem with any one entering this country as long as they live by our laws , and have work to come to not just come here and sponge off the state , im sorry to have to say this but if immegrants come here then they stay in lage dormatories under strict rule after all they say they are fleeing the atrocities of theier own country so it will be luxery for them

I am not even going to get on my high horse on this one cos Jason will ban me. But i will say that I would rather see 40K well spent on a lot of bullets to rid our sick society of a lot of scum instead of keeping one piece of scum in clink for a year.

Cheers......................Howard
