Guys,

started up as a sole trader a year ago and things are still slow got my 2nd year visit in a few weeks is there any thing i need to know. is it the same as the first visit.

Not quite, You will be showing an historic record of any jobs you have done and supporting paperwork. Also calibration checks of any test instruments. Other than that, should be about the same as your first year.

If you have had any written complaints you must also have a record of them and the action taken to rectify the situation. If you didnt have a health and safety policy on first assessment you may need one now
