NAPIT Certification Scheme NICEIC vs NAPIT - PROS & CONS?

Looking too join a competent person scheme, just wondered on the pros and cons of the two? (Other than Niceic being more expensive) Be interested in some feedback!

NICEIC is a more recognised brand. Some clients think NIC or nothing.
NAPIT allow you to do more for your money.
Having come from an Electrical Inspection & Test background, the ability to do periodics at no extra cost swung NAPIT for me.
