Hi guys,

Please don't beat the c--p out of me for posting this thread!

I am in the process of joining the above as an approved contractor, coul anyone tell me about the new 2391?
do I need to have both parts or will inspection and testing part suffice?
i am already part p registered with them.
 
If you are already registered with them then you should be OK.
The NICEIC state at the moment that they will accept 2391-10 or 2392-10 for the QS. On that basis since the 2392-10 is for initial verification then the 2394 should be sufficient. Since the NICEIC do not need to regulate periodic inspection (although they do have their silly scheme) then the 2395 should be pointless.

This is all just my interpretation, if you are not sure then you can ring them and ask, they will probably say 2395 is preferable (or both!).
