I had a feeling the MK was 240v, may be wrong, this was BG so not sure, ill have to look at one, ill stick 240V down for a moment until confirmed.

The customer loves it went you look all important saying you are registered with the ZnICEIC etc, you want to see wht happens when you stick your hi vis on, it makes them drop to their knees.

Ok so Elecsa and Emma Clancy both got the complaint packs yesterday recorded delivery, it was quite a wad, even put a cd in each one with all the photos on for there entertainment.

Ill update you as soon as I hear anything.

The extension wiring is going well, just about finished first fix, there was quite a bit, as it's a kitchen, sun room, toilet, utility, bedroom etc.

Ok, so I was going to email glennspark about a very exciting update... But he's banned. How can I email him.
 
I'll tell you here for those who are interested. In about a week it so, Elecsa and the other electrician who did the work are meeting up at the property. I have not spoken to the customer about it yet, but it looks like they are meeting up to go through it and ask him some very awkward questions.

I was planning in going along and sitting around presenting to be their son, the daughter is my age so it fits nicely... I'll invite myself some how.

I bet it will be very awkward for him, it's his own fault though.

They will not discuss anything in front of the customer is my belief .the rep will wait till they are alone before they talk , that is there way of working I think

I'm amazed that they have actualled come down from their ivory tower to respond to a customer complaint.

I'd pay to be a fly on the wall - could the OP set up hidden cameras and set up a live feed for us to loig into ??? lol
