OK to add a 50 Amp breaker in this panel for a 220V EV Charger? Maybe swap some single 20 Amp breakers for dual 20 amp breakers?

Can I add a 50 AMP Breaker to this panel for a 220V EV charger? Maybe double up some of the 20 AMP ones to make space? I have 200 AMP Main Breaker. (see attached pic) Thanks!!

You should be able to add a 50 amp double pole breaker but it would have been better if you took a picture of the actual panel. I’m guessing that you could use small tandem breakers.
