I want to put light outside my house, can I put decking spots outside. I have bungalow and between the wall and roof there is a lip(PVC) if you make a hole it goes into the loft. So it waterproof .

Are you the right light so use. Or can I use bathroom down lights.

LED festive lighting Equipment that is supplied via a Safety Isolation tranmsformer. Do they need PAT testing. Can you, indeed PAT test them?
