a 20a RCBO supplies a 6mm twin and earth cable that supplies a dedicated socket mounted securely below the oven.
The dedicated socket is controlled via a 40a double pole isolator above on the counter top.

It appears at some point a juicy oven has been replaced by a much lower 2.2Kw oven on a plug top, to facilitate the plug top the oven installers mounted a socket below the oven behind the kick boards and secured it so it can be accessed for maintenance, i suppose they used a double socket because they have also plugged the ignition for the gas hob above into the same socket else i would have terminated directly into the oven.

Its sounds a bit of a messy set up but i cannot see anything non compliant
any thoughts as i just find it strange seeing an oven on a plug top but its coming increasingly common

Code 3 is fir anything where an improvement is recommended which could improve safety.
What safety improvement do you think could be made here.

As far as I can see it sounds compliant and safe.
