You have to put it in writing dr p3pper. there is no proof that you said it at all - so send 1 letter stating payment within 7 days or legal action.

You don't have to issue a written letter before action. It's just become a kind of courtesy to do so over the years, some look at it as their right to receive one on which they'll pay some will try to push even more.
If they've exceeded the agreed credit terms and you don't think they'll cough up, off to the county court you go

................ and after that & you've jumped through all the hoops - judgement, enforcement etc - you find he still won't pay so you do what some of us would have done in the first place & kick 7 shades out of him !!!
