PAT test on data centre telecoms equipment

Hello could anyone tell me if there is an online exam to be taken for the PAT testing of equipment powering telecoms racks and routers in data centres or telecoms switches in Germany.

Do not know anything about Germany but did lots of telephone installations etc. How much of the equipment is PORTABLE. Because the P in PAT is for Portable how much of your equipment is actually portable. Most of the stiff I worked on was far from portable unless you include equipment that requires three men and a palett truck as portable.

Hi, yes the UK is quite simple in its rules on the PAT testing but Germany is quite specific which is why I was looking for more clarity
