PAT Testing for Landlords

I may shortly be taking on some work PAT Testing for Landlords.
Just wondering for those of you with experience in this, do you still charge these jobs the same as your normal price points or do you have a landlords separate pricing, ie so much for a flat, so much for a 2 bed house etc..any thoughts and ideas on this subject would really be appreciated.

I'd be careful if I was you. PAT testing for landlords - how many items does each property actually have? Few I would imagine.

I'd be ensuring you agree a minimum charge, per property, with the landlord.
