i was just wondering how much i should be on £ph as a 3rd year coming upto finishing course next week

working in yorkshire doing houses

i have my final exam next week and after this im going to b asking for a pay rise as im not on much and should be on more for what i do etc


i know this isnt the best time to ask for payrise so doubt il get it but worth a try

Have a look at this site. If you are getting that rate for a 3rd stage you are on a fair rate and will probbably get a small rise for the next stage anyway.

going by that i should be getting £2ph more

do i need a jib card as i dont have 1

If theYour doing a JIB apprenticesheme and the company is in the JIB then you should have an apprentice one.

Remember its a guideline and ad you sighned the contract accepting the wages. There are a lot of apprentices lost there jobs recently so you may want to keep quiet.

yeah i know i dont want to say anhything but theres 2 apprentices at company were in same year do same work only diff is is tha hes been there longer and hes on more
