Got a letter from hospital saying that my vasectomy was successful, so I don’t have to go under the knife again. That has got to be good news.

called back to a new CU yesterday, installed by me the day before, IR readings were fine.RCD tripped next morning. heavy rain overnight soaked outside light. dissed and done in an hour. got the job of replacing 3 lights monday

My favorite sister-in-law had her third daughter today, mother and baby doing very well after some difficulties. I guess this means another Xmas, birthday presents, Easter egg and of course the "uncle Paul, can I have some money to go to the shop and buy sweets". Oh well that's what being a soft touch uncle is all about

I'm god farther to her eldest (10) and does she know how to put on the puppy eyes and get everything she wants out of me. Hope this one doesn't take lessons from her oldest sister, I'll be skint in no time

mate they all know the puppy eyes. and yep they learn from their elder sisters and brothers. just accept the fact that you will be working extra hours and weekend jobs for ice cream money

just got a paper back all marked and equiv to a 1st 2 more to come back now and an exam in the morning that`s made the 2391 seem easy.

more good news was cleaning up my room and have managed to fill half my bit box

Got the go ahead on a big job turns out when i quoted was a property developer and i gave the best quote and VALUE for money - not the cheapest quote but as I included everything in the quote and didn't say oh you might need this and that - i just explained why he would need the work carrying out i got this job worth about 1300 for one property turns out I do the job well and i get all his other work - about 8months worth of stuff aparently at the minute. I didn't know he was a property developer until he told me after accepting the quote.
