Just attempted to register my system on the above but when it comes to postal district it will not accept NR, NR7 our anything else I have tried.
What is the correct format? (I live in Norwich postcode NR7 0##)

Make sure you type it properly , ie NR7 5GH or from memory when we have had a problem with it not recognising the address , you enter the grid reference then pick the correct mpan .

Have tried NR,NR7, NR70 NR7 0, and full postcode in both upper and lower case. Any other thoughts?

Have you tried using the grid reference ?

Used grid that didn't work then DN21 which I'd tried a number of times without success and it worked. I dunno ??

Ended putting N7 and moving the pointer manually
