I am after a new pair of cable shears for chomping meter tails and thick twin and earth.

I have had some ITL ones and NWS ones in the past

But fancy a change ….

Best I've used so far.

Keep a razer sharp edge as long as you only cut what you are supposed to.

I use the smaller 210mm for nearly everything, cutting, baring the ends.

Not insulated, but that doesn't matter for me.

Edit: the description says for 6mm dia cable, I'm fairly certain this is a missprint as my smaller ones can be used with ease on 25mm conductors.

I have a couple of pairs same as the ones Rob linked to, but Bahco branded.
They really are a lifetime tool if not abused.

Same as above Knipex Cable shears with 200mm handles double jawed first jaw for just cutting/scoring down to copper (if lugging a cable example) second reserved for chopping cables.

* just what I do to keep them razor sharp.

Bearing in mind that we are about to crash out of the EU shouldn’t we be planning ahead and listing good quality UK manufactured products and tools? We don’t want any of that German rubbish for instance.
