Hi,i am not certain they are replaceable....they may be led's soldered in to the board.
What is the issue?
 
Hi,the older models,of which yours is,have no dimmer switch,and use incandescent lamps (normal bulbs) of 1.2W or 2.4W. You should be able to pull them out,if not overheated.
You can check which lamp does what,in a darkened area,using a torch to illuminate form the rear,when you have removed each lamp.

The later vehicles tend to have integrated lamps,in the instrument cluster,to lessen the ease of 'modification' of warning lamps associated with MOT fail issues....;)
