One of the fluorescent tubes in my undermount lighting system burnt out. There are 3 independent tubes/ballasts under the length of the kitchen cabinets and the others were still on.
After carefully replacing the affected tube, it seems that all three lamps are now not working.
The breaker panel is fine with no issues (other appliances are functional).
Appreciate any insight on the problem.

Is the new tube identical to the old one ie same voltage, same wattage output etc? Can you post a pic of the writing on the old tube as well as the new one? Did you replace the starter as well? If so is it also identical specifications? Also there might be 3 separate tubes but they could be series wired meaning a problem with one tube could result in more than one not lighting. How many starters are there in that light fitting?
